Start with the reported SparkJobDebugAction presentation failure in the ProjectViewPopup and inspect the attached IntelliJ error log, especially the AppendOnlyLog storage exception. Reproduce with IntelliJ 2025.2.6.1, plugin 3.97.1-2025.2, and the listed Windows 11 environment; done means opening the SparkJobDebug action no longer produces this uncaught exception.
