Start with AzureSearchScope.java:30, then follow the reported calls through MavenProjectReportGenerator.java at lines 128, 148, and 205. Review the attached IntelliJ diagnostic and investigate the PSI/index mismatch in the reported project-analysis path. Done means the analysis no longer raises this exception under the reported IntelliJ setup.
