The context-menu options of "HDInsight" is not getting invoked via keyboard in windows.

Environment

1. IntelliJ IDEA 2025.2.3
2. “Azure Toolkit for IntelliJ & Scala” plugin
3. Scala plugin

Steps to reproduce

1. Launch the application.
2. Welcome screen will appear.
3. Tab till Create New Project button and press enter
4. Press tab key to reach to Apache Spark/HDInsight
5. Press tab key to reach to Spark Project with Samples (Scala), tab till next button and press enter
6. Fill all the required details and create a project.
7. Press tab key to reach to view-->Tool Windows-->Azure Explorer and press enter
8. Press tab key to reach to Azure dropdown and open context menu by using keyboard
9. Press tab key to reach to sign in option in the menu and press enter
10. Choose any login method to log in, sign-in to azure.
11. After successful sign-in, get back to application window.
12. Select subscription dialog will appear. Tab till “C+E test data” and press enter to select it.
13. Press tab key to reach to Azure and press enter.
14. Press tab key to reach to HDInsight, press context menu button or enter or press space.
15. Observe that the context-menu options of "HDInsight" is getting invoked via keyboard or not.

Expected Results

The context-menu options of "HDInsight" should be invoked via keyboard. 

Actual result

The context-menu options of "HDInsight" is not getting invoked via keyboard.

User Impact:
Keyboard user will not be able to invoke the context-menu options and therefore not able to access the functionality provided within the options.**

Start by reproducing the keyboard interaction in the Azure Explorer, focusing on the HDInsight tree item and its context-menu handling on Windows. The issue is done when the HDInsight context-menu options can be opened and selected with the context-menu key, Enter, or Space, and the relevant keyboard path is covered by a regression test if the project provides one.
