Description
After installing the Azure Toolkit For IntelliJ plugin, have restarted the IDE. Plugin is installed successfully but could see below error.
java.lang.NullPointerException: Cannot invoke "com.microsoft.azure.toolkit.intellij.java.sdk.utils.RuleConfigLoader.getRuleConfigs()" because the return value of "com.microsoft.azure.toolkit.intellij.java.sdk.utils.RuleConfigLoader.getInstance()" is null

Research direction
Start with the DisableAutoCompleteCheck.buildVisitor stack-trace location at DisableAutoCompleteCheck.java:40 and inspect how RuleConfigLoader.getInstance() is initialized. Separately trace the Azure sign-in flow that reports an invalid certification path. Done means the inspection no longer throws the reported exception and Azure login can load subscriptions on the stated IntelliJ and macOS versions.
