Start with AzureSearchScope.java:30 and trace its callers in MavenProjectReportGenerator.java, especially analyzeCode, inspectRootMavenProject, and createProjectReports. Use the reported IntelliJ, plugin, OS, and JDK versions and attached diagnostic files to determine why PSI and index state diverge; done means the reported exception no longer occurs in this path.
