Start by reading AzureTaskManager.java at getInstance and AddFacetStartupActivity.java at addFacetWhenNecessary, then trace the rootsChanged callback shown in the stack trace. Reproduce with IntelliJ 2023.3.2 and plugin 3.89.0 on the reported setup if possible. Done means the ModuleRootListener callback no longer raises the reported NoClassDefFoundError.
