Description

This is not an issue with the python sdk for azure devops but for the REST api itself: when using the calls described in https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/rest/api/azure/devops/git/repositories/update?view=azure-devops-rest-7.1&tabs=HTTP
to rename and disable a repository, I am getting with the api sdk an exception, and with regular requests calls a Bad Request http status code.

Research direction

Start with the Azure DevOps REST API repositories/update documentation linked in the report, then compare the Python SDK request with an equivalent regular HTTP request. Reproduce the Bad Request response for renaming and disabling together; done means identifying a reproducible cause or documenting the required request details and API limitation.
