GitPullRequestChange (azure-devops/azure/devops/v7_1/git/models.py:1712) should inherit from
Change (azure-devops/azure/devops/v7_1/git/models.py:2849) (item)

Research direction
Start in azure-devops/azure/devops/v7_1/git/models.py at GitPullRequestChange around line 1712 and compare it with Change around line 2849. Verify the inheritance and confirm that changeType, item, and the other Change fields are accessible for pull request changes; done means the model exposes those fields through the expected inheritance.
