Description
Hi, I'm working on a project that facilitates keeping track of the code review cycle and analyzing the pull requests. However, Azure DevOps API currently doesn't have any endpoint that can provide the added/deleted lines of code information. I can only monitor changed files and how they changed not the amount of change in a single file. So, I'm trying to reach people from Microsoft who can contact the authorized team about adding a new endpoint or updating an endpoint that contains the changed lines of code information like in the UI of AzureDevops pull requests. Currently, if there is any alternative solution that you know, I would be glad.
-Thanks

Research direction
The issue names no repository file, test, or entry point. Start by checking whether Azure DevOps exposes added and deleted line counts through an existing API, and whether this repository can support the requested endpoint. Done is unclear because the request depends on an Azure DevOps service change or an alternative solution that is not specified.
