Description

Since some operations aren't allowed on disabled repos, it would be good to have a status property on the GitRepository struct.

something like "IsDisabled" maybe?

This is what is showed in the Azure DevOps portal when the repo is disabled:

Research direction

Start in azuredevops/v6/git/models.go at the GitRepository definition referenced by the issue. Compare the model with the disabled-repository state shown in the Azure DevOps portal and determine the status property that should be exposed. Done means callers can inspect whether a GitRepository is disabled through the generated model.
