Add template options for publish integrations

We now have integrations for publishing Aspire apps to Azure (ACA, App Service), Kubernetes, and Docker Compose. Each of these requires the addition of extra NuGet packages and code in the AppHost.

We should consider adding an option to the AppHost templates that allow selecting a destination and add the required packages and code so that publishing/deploying the app is easier.
