Aspire CLI - show tags on aspire add

I think we should expand the aspire add command to show tags for the packages - and also make it searchable for that. The reason I want this is cause I keep typing "Vite" in when I want to add the NodeJS extensions toolkit package - npm, node, pnpm, vite, are all valid tags on nuget for it so that would really help my searching https://www.nuget.org/packages/CommunityToolkit.Aspire.Hosting.NodeJS.Extensions/9.4.1-beta.291
