Persist dashboard

### Describe the bug

I was looking forward to the dashboard remembering the filter, unfortunately doesn't seem to work for me during local F5 debugging, the filter settings are reset when I restart. I can see some values in local storage, I assume it's meant to pick up one of these to restore the filter?

Same result in both Chrome and Edge


### Expected Behavior

Filter settings to restore when stopping/starting debugging.

### Steps To Reproduce

Fire up the project in Visual Studio 2022, run with F5, dashboard loads, filter to 'Project' only. Stop debugging, start again, filter is reset.
