aspire new doesn't explain invalid project name

Description
When you run the following command:
`aspire new starter-template -n example-app`
It prompts for project name, ignoring the one I provided. I would assume this would instead tell me that I entered an invalid project name (hopefully providing what was invalid), in addition to prompting for the project name.
