Use service discovery for connection strimgs

### Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe the problem.

I would like to be able to use service discovery to find the connection strings necessary to connect to non http services ie RabbitMQ. This would be just like we have for http client.

Documentation/example preparred showing/explaing what should be done.
Any necessary interfaces/base classes are public.
