Feedback from user study:
The syntax for adding dependencies in the apphost can get too long and verbose when needed to add more than a few services.
**Also worth noting this user was not able to recognize use cases where .WithReference and .WaitFor would need to be separate**
### Describe the solution you'd like
If there are multiple instances of services they want connected, user wanted to see:
`builder.AddDependencies(frontend, backendAPI);`
OR
`builder.AddDependencies(backendAPI, redisCache,postgresDatabase);`
INSTEAD OF
```
builder.AddProject("frontend")
.WithReference(backendAPI)
.WaitFor(backendAPI);
.WithReference(postgresDatabase)
.WaitFor(postgresDatabase)
.WithReference(redisCache)
.WaitFor(redisCache)
```
