### Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe the problem.

It would be useful for me to be able to filter traces and sort by duration on the 'Traces' tab, so that when I am load testing services locally (and using the Aspire dashboard to monitor them), I can easily see excessively long (or short) trace durations. At the moment it's a case of scrolling through the list looking for the fullest duration 'circle' visualisation which is pain-staking.

### Describe the solution you'd like

Being able to filter for specific duration ranges (less-than, greater-than or both together) or/and sort them in either direction would be really helpful.

In general an expansion of dashboard capabilities would be great (e.g. sort on and filter on all columns on all tabs), but this would be a good start from my point-of-view.
