Report a better status when a container is deleted for a container resource

### Describe the bug

Follow up to https://github.com/dotnet/aspire/issues/5977

We changed Aspire so unknown resources can be restarted - https://github.com/dotnet/aspire/pull/7282 - but it would be good if DCP reported a better status than Unknown.

### Expected Behavior

A status like `ContainerDeleted` would be better. It's clearer what happened than `Unknown`.
