This does not appear to result in a persistent pgadmin container:

```csharp
var pg = builder.AddPostgres("pg")
.WithLifetime(ContainerLifetime.Persistent)
.WithDataVolume()
.WithPgAdmin(c => {
c.WithLifetime(ContainerLifetime.Persistent);
});
```
