No logs before `BeforeStartEvent`

### Describe the bug

A couple of times I I managed to deadlock myself a couple of times by subscribing to something in `BeforeStartEvent` that won't finish until after the event has completed 🤦. However when I did this, the console just stayed on a blank screen


### Expected Behavior

I'd have expected to see the following logs printed before the application deadlocked - definitely the first one, and possibly the second one.
