Aspire Dashboard: Full text search

### Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe the problem.

I would like to search for any content in a trace, metrics or logs, but search only seems to filter values appearing in the "grid" (local search I presume).

### Describe the solution you'd like

I would like to see a full-text search included with the Aspire Dashboard so I can easily locate relevant records.
