Support for azure arc based custom locations is missing while building app container environments

Description
When I publish aspire based project through visual studio, this is the list of locations I see in the dropdown menu:
But the custom location I've created with azure arc on k8s with app container extension enabled is not shown.
I was able to publish single blazor app to my arc enabled app container environment though.
And I was also able to create container app in my custom location
Any idea why this is happening?
