Description
In order to fully test our "EndToEnd" experience, the test project we are using in the EndToEnd tests should have a ServiceDefaults project that is in sync with our ServiceDefaults project template. That will ensure changes made to the ServiceDefaults template don't break the experiences we are testing in the EndToEnd tests.
