### Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe the problem.

Microsoft has introduced [WSLC ](https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/wsl/wsl-container) as a new native Linux container runtime built directly into Windows. With this new runtime becoming part of the Windows developer experience, I would like to understand Aspire’s plans regarding compatibility with WSLC.

### Describe the solution you'd like

I would like to know whether Aspire has plans to support WSLC as a container runtime on Windows, and additionally, whether Aspire intends to make WSLC the default runtime on Windows once it becomes broadly available.
