Allow container images to be specified with ResourceParameters.

I have to deploy my projects to several air-gapped networks. One network might have access to `my-registry-a.com/repository/image:latest`, another might have access to `my-registry-b.com/repository/image:latest`.

### Describe the solution you'd like

It would be nice to have the ability to specify the images using `ParameterResource`s in addition to the currently available `string` overload.
