Description

### Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe the problem.

If I call `aspire add` (or when AI does on my behalf), I shouldn't have to manually edit the `aspire.config.json` by hand, to remove a package. Instead, we should be able to simply call:

```bash
aspire remove {package name}
```

### Describe the solution you'd like

When someone calls:

```bash
aspire add redis
```

And the `Aspire.Hosting.Redis` package is added to their config/settings, they should just as easily be able to remove it by calling:

```bash
aspire remove redis
```
