### Describe the bug
Postgres health-checks are failing with "Failed to connect to ....", even though the database server is up and running, and I can connect to it just fine, from both my local system and inside containers.
Connected from datagrip (on local machine):
Connected from pgadmin running in container (by aspire, `.WithPgAdmin()`):
### Expected Behavior
Health checks should pass.
### Steps To Reproduce
I have a newly formatted computer, so I'm not sure how to reproduce elsewhere. I'm using podman desktop, rootfull VM with default (no userspace) networking. I'm running wsl with mirrored networking:
### Exceptions (if any)
_No response_

### Anything else?
This used to work before formatting. I didn't use to run wsl with mirrored networking though - though pgadmin in container used to not work, so I wanted to try out mirrored networking to see if that was solved. Not sure if that's what causing this new issue, but the new issue is bigger 😛
