**Note**: Reproduces with Aspire.ProjectTemplate v13.2.0 daily builds
**INSTALL STEPS**
1. Clean machine: Win11 x64 25h2 ENU
2. Install SDK 10.0.102
3. Install Aspire.ProjectTemplates v13.1.0
**ACTUAL**
The templates are not sorted correctly.
**EXPECTED**
The templates are arranged in an ordered manner.
