Request for the hot reload on Aspire CLI similar as 'dotnet watch' kind of functionality

For aspire CLI, we currently do not have a 'aspire watch' feature, about the hot reload.
@mitchdenny If there's a way to do 'dotnet watch' kind of functionality using aspire CLI or if that's planned for the future?
