Kafka Integration: provide a way to spin Production grade Kafka on Azure

Everyone loves Aspire integration as a way to do IaaS with plain C#.

It would be great if in my Aspire project I could spin a Production grade Kafka cluster on my Azure subscription which is supported by Confluent (unless Confluent restricts it). Current Kafka integration does not spin such resource, which is explicitly mentioned in documentation.

Provide a way to spin Production-grade Kafka via Aspire Integration API.
