Github Copilot unavailable with Rider

### Describe the bug

When developing Aspire with Rider I get the following message in the Github Copilot Chat window:

Rider is my daily driver for Aspire on MacOS as Visual Studio is has now been [retired](https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/visualstudio/releases/2022/what-happened-to-vs-for-mac). I could use VSCode, but the tooling isn't great.

There has been an issue raised with the JetBrains aspire plugin: https://github.com/JetBrains/aspire-plugin/issues/410 could you advise on what the best way forward is? Would it be conceivable to start copilot from the aspire rider plugin?

### Expected Behavior

Github Copilot to work.
