Provide the capability to pipe steps in the Aspire CLI

### Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe the problem.

I would like to be able to pipe steps in the Aspire CLI. If you currently want to execute multiple steps you have to do them one by one:
```
aspire do publish
aspire do build
```

### Describe the solution you'd like

The solution is to be able to pipe the steps so that you only have to execute the CLI once:
```aspire do publish build```

This would execute both steps with one command.
