Docker compose build secrets support.

### Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe the problem.

I want to be able to specify [build secrets](https://docs.docker.com/compose/how-tos/use-secrets/#build-secrets) to avoid using build arguments to pass secrets. https://docs.docker.com/reference/build-checks/secrets-used-in-arg-or-env/

- `Aspire.Hosting.Docker.Resources.ServiceNodes.Build` does not allow specifying Secrets.
- `Aspire.Hosting.Docker.Resources.ComposeNodes.Secret` does not allow to specify Environment attribute

### Describe the solution you'd like

I require full support for build secrets, as described in the Docker Compose documentation.
