Versioning scheme of docker dashboard image

### Describe the bug

When the 9.4.2 release was made available, the docker image for the dashboard was published with tags:
* latest
* 9
* 9.4
* 9.4.0

### Expected Behavior

I think the 9.4.0 was not correct, it should have been 9.4.2 because now tools like dependabot are unable to see any new version and thus does not help me update my deployments.
