### Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe the problem.

Azure Storage Blob Service has the ability to provide a Change Feed; IMHO it would be good for Aspire to support this as a 1st class citizen to allow development of processes that consume any changes in containers/blob.

Support Azure Storage Change Feed could possibly looking:-

```
builder.AddAzureStorage(name: "az-storage")
.AddBlobs(name: "az-storage-blobs")
.WithChangeFeed(enabled: true);
```
or
```
builder.AddAzureStorage(name: "az-storage")
.WithChangeFeed(enabled: true);
```
