RabbitMq V7 Client library missing readme

### Describe the bug

Look at the readme for the V7 rabbitmq client integration on nuget.org, it is a single paragraph of text but the V6 package readme has much more detailed.

### Expected Behavior

Both packages should have the more detailed readme.
