Updating Milvus docker image tag is blocked due to a segfault

With PR https://github.com/dotnet/aspire/pull/10473 We are trying to update docker image tags to latest versions, but found that updating Milvus image to tag v2.6.0 makes us hit this issue: https://github.com/milvus-io/milvus/issues/44138
