I am trying to port the following sample [Avatar](https://github.com/Azure-Samples/cognitive-services-speech-sdk/tree/master/samples/csharp/web/avatar), to use Aspire (and azd), however I can't find any mention/integration of Cognitive Services clients like `Microsoft.CognitiveServices.Speech` and others.
It would be nice to light up the non LLM based AI services in Foundry.
