AI Foundry Integration, deploy/integrate Foundry features: Projects, Agents, Document Intelligence etc.

### Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe the problem.

As far as I can tell with the current integration, you can deploy an AI Foundry resource and a model for chat completions, but not the other features of foundry. I'd like to be able to deploy a project into foundry with Agents, fine-tune models, document intelligence, configure safety (guardrails + controls) etc.

Is it planned for this integration to be more fully featured supporting deploying these capabilities and the corresponding integration/SDK?

Extensions to 'IResourceBuilder' for adding projects, agents etc and corresponding Aspire integrations for my projects.
