Adding a parent relationship to a container resource breaks `.WaitForCompletion()`

### Describe the bug

Resource A should wait for completion of another resource B with `.WaitForCompletion()`.
Adding a parent relationship to a project resource preserves this behaviour.
Adding a parent relationship to a contianer resource (in this case YARP) breaks this behaviour and resource A will immediately run. This also ignores the fact that resource A should not start up if resource B exits with an unexpected exit code.
We were able to reproduce the bug with another container resource (scalar) as well, so this seems to be tied to container resources.

### Expected Behavior

Resource A waits for completion of resource B and only runs if resource B exits with the expected exit code.

Adding `.WaitForCompletion()` to the YARP resource also fixes the bugged behaviour.
