CosmosDB Extension and Emulator Support Gremlin API

### Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe the problem.

I am developing aspire based applications that use CosmosDB Gremplin Graph API, but can not manage Gremlin API resources via aspire, resulting in the need to run the windows emulator as an external dependency to aspire app.

It would be a great improvement if the Gremlin API was supported via the CosmosDB containerised emulator, so that Gremlin API resources can be managed via aspire, just like the NoSQL functionality.

I understand and can appreciate that this is likely reliant on the team that develops and supports the CosmosDB emulator, but created the issue here as the aspire integration functionality would also be required to make this useful to aspire based apps wanting to use CosmosDB Gremlin API.

Start by reviewing Aspire's existing CosmosDB and NoSQL integration, then compare it with the containerised CosmosDB emulator's Gremlin API capabilities. Confirm what emulator and Aspire changes would be required to manage Gremlin API resources, and document support end to end for Aspire applications.
