Officially support Rancher Desktop as a supported container runtime

In our company we use Rancher Desktop as a container runtime. We have been using this succesful with Aspire for a while.
There where some issues before, as described and fixed in #6002, the only open point was adding something about Rancher to the docs.

But where we expected Rancher Desktop to be added next to Docker Desktop and Podman, it was added as a note that it worked, but is not supported, and issues could be submitted but picked up at lower priority.

So I created this ticket to ask for Rancher Desktop to be the third officially supported container runtime for Aspire.

Since doesn't feel right to have to move away for a good container runtime, which actually works fine with Aspire, to move either to a solution where we will need additional licenses (Docker Desktop), or Podman, which is completely new to us.
