Aspire does not support using multiple projects with same name

### Describe the bug

I have a solution file with two asp.net core web projects with same name but in different folders (both physically on disk and logically in solution). Only one project gets generated `IProjectMedatada` class. I have to manually define the class for the other project.

### Expected Behavior

It should use the relative path (physical path in disk or logical path in solution, probably as namespace) of the generated `IProjectMetadata` implementation for each of the projects allowing me to add both projects resources.

### Steps To Reproduce

1. Create a .NET Aspire Empty App
2. Create a new ASP.NET Core Web App inside a subfolder `WebApp1`
3. Rename the ASP.NET Core Web App created in step 2 to `WebApp`.
4. Add reference to this project in aspire app host.
5. Create another new ASP.NET Core Web App inside a subfolder `WebApp2`
6. Rename the ASP.NET Core Web App created in step 5 to `WebApp`.
7. Add reference to this project in aspire app host.
8. Try adding the resource in app host's `Program.cs` for both.
