Description

(I’ve checked the GitHub API, but I’ve noticed slight differences. For example, GitHub uses PUT, for submit a command, instead of POST)

Research direction

Start with Guidelines.md section 7.4 and the linked GitHub REST API examples, then check whether this repository points to any public reference implementation. Done means providing a resolved answer with a suitable implementation reference, or documenting the absence and clarifying the PUT versus POST distinction.
