Description
Add a conformance test library for agent framework which codifies the feature expectations of the various abstractions that we support. This can be shipped as a nuget to allow implementers to check conformance.
This may include:
- AIAgent + AgentSession
- ChatHistoryProvider
- AIContextProvider
- AgentSessionStore
- AgentFileStore
