Description
MLFlow is monitoring backend that support OTel-based tracing, logging, and metrics. They have proposed a doc update in our learn site but the PR is quite old: https://github.com/MicrosoftDocs/semantic-kernel-docs/pull/330
Creating this issue to track the work to add this to our learn site after the learn site migration and to our GH observability README: https://github.com/microsoft/agent-framework/blob/main/python/samples/02-agents/observability/README.md
