Description

### Description
I am currently working with the Microsoft Agent Framework in a .NET environment and looking to integrate DevUI. While the Python documentation is available, I cannot find the corresponding documentation or integration guides for .NET/C#.

The official learning path currently states "Coming Soon," but I would like to request an update or early access to:
- Setup and configuration steps for `Microsoft.Agents.AI.DevUI`.
- How to wire up the DevUI middleware in a standard .NET Host/ASP.NET Core app.
- Examples of visualizing agent workflows in C#.

### Proposed Solution
Publish a preliminary guide or a markdown file in the repo (even if incomplete) that covers the basic setup for .NET developers.

### Related Issues & Context
I am aware of **Issue #1283** regarding .NET DevUI support. If this documentation work is being tracked there or in another dedicated issue, please mark this as a duplicate and group it with the active workstream.

**Environment:**
- Framework: Microsoft Agent Framework (latest preview/release)
- Language: C# / .NET

Research direction

Start by reviewing the existing Python DevUI documentation and Issue #1283 to determine whether .NET work is already tracked elsewhere. Identify the appropriate documentation location, then cover Microsoft.Agents.AI.DevUI setup, standard .NET Host/ASP.NET Core middleware integration, and a C# agent-workflow example; done means the guide is usable even if preliminary.
