[Feature]: Go language support for this framework

### Description

Problem statement:
Why limit users to .net and python only?

10-15% of green field projects are made using Go throughout the industry.
Go applications are more lightweight and memory efficient than python and .net
Clients using goroutines can scale better than python and .net if they want to run multiple agents in parallel.
