Description

What's your question?

Having read the documentation for MIGraphX Execution Provider naturally most of us have these questions:

  1. Driver version: GPU with version 25.10.13.09 (exactly). Is this true? We need this exact version? Or it means "and later"? We would need to downgrade if we have a later version?
  2. What GPUs are supported? Not a list anywhere. The ONNX Runtime documentation Here does not help, it is linux only.
  3. Will there be more information released in the future? I think this is in an experimental stage and that's the reason we lack proper documentation, am I correct? What is the next best alternative for AMD inference on Windows? DirectML is phased out.

Research direction

Read the linked Windows ML MIGraphX Execution Provider documentation and the ONNX Runtime MIGraphX page first; no repository file or test is named. Done means providing authoritative answers about driver requirements, supported GPUs, documentation status, and the recommended AMD inference option on Windows.
