Requesting app inclusion in the 'Find your next widget' collection

Over a month ago, I requested to have my app included in the "Find your next widget" collection in the Microsoft Store through the "Submit your Widget information for addition to the Store Collection" form. However, I have not received any email response. I check the store regularly, but I still do not see my app. Has Microsoft let go of the employee who handled this form?
